岗位职能: 
1、利用在线客服软件、邮件、即时通讯、电话等工具快速、准确的解答客户问题; 
2、确认客户付款事宜，以及跟踪订单进展状况，确保订单的按时完成; 
3、记录并及时向主管及相关部门反馈客户问题. 

职位要求: 
1.本科学历，英语/德语/法语专业4级以上; 
2.英语/德语/法语听说读写熟练; 
3.熟悉计算机基本操作，打字速度快; 
4.具有较强的协调、应急能力; 
5.能适应倒班(上班时间:白班07:00-15:00或14:00-23:00 晚班23:00-6:00); 
6.服务意识强，有良好的团队合作精神，能承受较强的工作压力. 
7.熟悉网络游戏或有客服经验者优先考虑.
