邵阳学院创建于1958年，医学类专业办学可追溯到1906年，2002年由原邵阳师范高等专科学校和原邵阳高等专科学校合并升本，2016年邵阳医学高等专科学校并入。学校是经教育部批准的具有“服务国家特殊需求人才培养项目”硕士专业学位研究生和留学生招生资格的省属全日制普通本科院校，2018年被确定为湖南省高水平应用特色学院。
基础办学条件优良。学校占地面积166.44万平方米，校舍面积87.99万平方米，教学科研仪器设备净值3.17亿元，馆藏图书356.46万余册，其中纸质图书227.46万册。
学科专业建设成效显著。有22个二级学院，有“服务国家特殊需求人才培养项目”机械、生物与医药2个专业学位硕士研究生招生点；有6个湖南省应用特色学科，53个本科招生专业，涵盖经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、理学、工学、农学、医学、管理学、艺术学11大学科门类；面向30个省（市、自治区）招生，全日制在校学生27593人。
我校2012年获得国际学生招生资格，2015年开始招收国际学生语言进修生，2019年开始招收国际学生本科学历生。我校积极开展国际交流与合作，与英国、美国、马来西亚等多个国家的高校建立了多种形式的合作与交流关系。现有来自俄罗斯、老挝、印度尼西亚、泰国、越南、吉尔吉斯斯坦、塔吉克斯坦的学生在校共同学习。

二、招生计划
语言进修生30人
本科学历生20人
（一）住宿费
住宿条件为公寓式2人间，住宿费4000元/年/人，配套设施如下：
①配备公共厨房
②配备洗衣机（自费使用）
③配备网络端口
注：水电费、网络费学生自付，其他相关宿舍费用根据实际情况收取。
（二）其他
保险费：800元/年；办理居留证费：800元/年；体检费：约500元/人；教材费：约1000元/年;空调使用维护费：100元/年。以上等费用均按实收取。
四、申请要求
（一）遵守中国法律和学校规定、学习认真、身体健康的非中国籍公民。
（二）语言生年龄在18-25岁之间，高中毕业或具有同等学历。
（三）学历生年龄在18-25岁之间，高中毕业或具有同等学历，汉语水平考试（四级）（以下简称HSK4）成绩在180分及以上。
（四）申请人须提供以下申请材料：
1.《外国留学生入学申请表》（见附件1，申请表须由申请人本人填写）；
2.个人普通护照信息页复印件(原则上，入学后护照有效期须达一年以上)；
3.最高学历证书扫描件或经公证的中/英文翻译件（加盖公章）；
4.有效期内的HSK4成绩扫描件（仅学历生需要）；
5.《外国人体格检查表》（见附件2，申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查，缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效）；
6.无犯罪记录证明或经公证的中/英文翻译件（申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明）；
7.银行存款证明（持有一年学费相当金额、足以保障来华留学期间的学习、生活等合理费用的存款证明）；
8.自我介绍视频（时长不超过1分钟，mp4格式，容量40MB以内，语言生可使用英语，学历生须使用汉语，按时发送至指定邮箱）；
9.申请视觉传达设计专业的学历生需提供自创美术作品一幅。
（五）以上申请材料，须在2026年6月15日之前递交至指定邮箱，并备好原件，在入校报到时均须备查存档。
（六）面试环节：申请人接到面试通知后进入面试环节。
1.面试形式：线上面试，时长约10分钟/人。
2.面试内容：重点考察申请人的中文/英文沟通能力、跨文化适应能力及个人综合素质。
3.时间安排：面试通知将通过邮件发送，邮件内容包含面试时间、会议链接及注意事项等。
4.注意事项：申请人须保持通讯畅通，按时参加面试，无故缺席视为自动放弃申请资格；面试时须出示护照，全程保持网络稳定、环境安静。

六、奖学金政策
（一）语言进修生奖学金
语言进修生奖学金包括湖南省“一带一路”沿线国家语言生奖学金和校内A类奖学金。申请“一带一路”沿线国家语言生奖学金者须于2026年5月15日前，下载填写《湖南省“一带一路”沿线国家语言生奖学金申请表》（见附件3）发送至指定邮箱。校内A类奖学金用于奖励未获得“一带一路”沿线国家语言生奖学金的语言进修生。
（二）学历本科生奖学金
本科生奖学金包括湖南省外国留学生本科生奖学金和校内B类、C类奖学金两类。其中，湖南省外国留学生本科生奖学金根据申请者在校学习期间学业及综合表现情况评定，校内B类奖学金用于奖励第一学年在籍在校来华留学本科生，校内C类奖学金用于奖励第2-4（5）学年在籍在校来华留学本科生。
注：申请者不可同时获得以上任意两类奖学金。
七、注意事项
（一）申请材料中涉及的各类文书、证明等如为非中英文版本，则除原件外还须附经公证的中文或英文翻译件，所有文书、证明等应当加盖骑缝章或者在每页上都加盖公章；
（二）申请材料须在审核录取期间有效；
（三）申请人必须对所提交材料的真实性和完整性负责，申请材料不实、缺漏者，我校概不予受理；
（四）入学后，若未及时缴纳保险费、体检费、学费等相关费用者，我校将不予学籍注册；
（五）入校前我校不会以任何形式向申请人收取任何费用；
（六）申请人可登录邮箱查询录取结果。

The foreigners are supposed to take the physical examination before leaving in a national or regional public hospital and get report of all the items listed in the form with the signature of the doctor and the stamp of the hospital. If the check is done in a private hospital or clinic, the report should be notarized by a public notary. The form submitted should be the original copy with the photo of the examinee and supporting documentations such as laboratory report sheets, X-ray films and necessary testing reports.
The Administration of Quality supervision, Inspection and Quarantine will double check the submitted form and attached documentations upon their arrival and decide whether it's acceptable or they should take additional or another physical examination. If additional check or re-check is required, the student should follow the requirement and pay for their own. The double check fee is RMB 60.00 yuan which should be covered by the students themselves.
